Our Physicians

The Best Possible Care

Certification matters and that is why all physicians at Radiology Associates of Albuquerque, PA (RAA) are board-certified by the American Board of Radiology. Being board certified means each physician goes above and beyond the general licensing requirements and continually expands their knowledge in a medical specialty. Radiologists are the only physicians specially trained in patient diagnosis and care through medical imaging and to do so, it takes at least 13 years; four-year undergraduate degree, four-year medical degree, one year internship, four years of diagnostic radiology residency and one to two years advanced sub-specialized training.

Not only are each physician at RAA board-certified, but they have advanced their skills by concentrating on a unique sub-specialty in radiology to include Breast, Emergency, General, Interventional, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine, Oncology and Pediatric.

This progressive group of radiologists is dedicated to producing diagnostic image interpretations with clarity, consistency and timeliness in order to augment the referring practitioner’s level of care.

RAA owns and operates three out-patient imaging facilities; High Resolution and RAA Imaging.

In partnership with the Presbyterian Healthcare System for more than 30 years, RAA operates as a hospital-based radiology group providing professional services 24/7 to the Presbyterian facilities for Albuquerque, Belen, Clovis, Española, Rio Rancho, Socorro and Tucumcari.
