Oliver Edwards, MD grew up in northeast Texas in the metropolis of Quitman. He then attended Austin College in Sherman, TX where he received a BA in Biology. He graduated from medical school in 2007 from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Following active duty service in the United States Air Force, Dr. Edwards attended residency in radiology at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City where he also remained for Fellowship in Nuclear Radiology. He then served as Assistant Professor of General and Nuclear Radiology at Texas Tech Health Science Center in El Paso. He is a member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, Radiological Society of North America, and American College of Radiology.
