Douglas J. Meek, MD completed his undergraduate studies graduating with honors in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana, IL in 1994 and medical school at the University of Illinois-Chicago in Peoria, IL in 1999. He completed a general radiology residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, Albuquerque, NM in 2004. While at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, Dr. Meek, through the University’s Specialty Extension Services, completed locum tenens at multiple rural and urban hospitals throughout New Mexico. He was Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO for over two years. He is a member of the American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, Society of Skeletal Radiology and Alpha Omega Alpha medical honorary.
