Craig Lance, MD was born and raised in Sheridan, Wyoming. He graduated summa cum laude with a BSE in systems, control, and industrial engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. He worked for several years in consulting and management before returning to Case Western for medical school in 2007. Dr. Lance completed his surgical internship and diagnostic radiology residency at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. He then underwent subspecialty training in vascular and interventional radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Lance’s professional memberships include the Society of Interventional Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
