Dr. Craig Lastine, M.D. completed his BA in Biology from Southern Adventist University of Collegedale, TN. He attended medical school at Loma Linda University, Loma Linda, CA. He completed a Family Practice Residency at the University of Wyoming. He served in the United States Air Force for four years at Tinker Air Force Base, honorably discharged at the rank of Major. He then completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Oklahoma, and a Musculoskeletal Imaging fellowship at the University of Colorado. He received awards for teaching during both Family Practice Residency and Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship. Dr. Lastine was certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2005. Prior to joining RAA, Dr. Lastine worked in private practice for 8 years in Western Colorado, where he practiced Diagnostic and Musculoskeletal Radiology.
