Charles P. Pluto III, M.D.

Dr. Pluto was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned a B.A. in Biology with a concentration in Physiology from Cornell University. He spent one semester abroad in Sydney, Australia. He then completed the M.D./Ph.D. program at the University of Toledo Medical School. His thesis work dealt with studying cortical reorganization in the rat brain after nerve injury and involved several publications and presentations at international Neuroscience conferences. He then pursued residency in diagnostic radiology followed by a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of New Mexico. He completed a second fellowship in Pediatric Radiology and then served as faculty at the Nationwide Childrens Hospital in Columbus, Ohio under the leadership of the renowned William Shiels. He returned to New Mexico in 2015 to join RAA.
